Check all your plugs and wires??? Maybe with all the rain you just had, some moisture crawled up in the distibutor cap and is causing it to misfire...
Might as well start with the basics...

Sounds like cam(not distributor) timing's off. I don't think that's possible unless you skip a tooth on the timing gear though.
Any error codes?
The knock sounds pretty bad, misfires usually sound similar though. Check your distributor, rotor and all.

May have jumped time when you cut it off last time it was running good. Time for a timming chain and gears. If you dont do it your self don't drive it to the shop. Tow it.

Thanks guys.. I have no idea what to do and can't tell what it is...my grandpa said it might be the injectors or the spark plugs? Maybe... What should I do?

change plugs, wires, cap and rotor first. Just give it a nice tune up, That way it might fix your problem and your giving it a tune up anyways.

Well, if the cam timing's off, the easiest way to check it would be to pop off the valve cover and determine the firing order. Then take the #1 cylinder and rotate the engine by hand, via the crank pulley and watch the timing mark. When it reaches top dead center the exhaust and intake should both be open for a small period of time in overlap, you can tell by watching the rocker arms on the #1 cylinder. If neither rocker arm moves rotate the engine 180 degrees and try again.
If neither methods work then your cam timing is off. And we'll go from there.

Re: bad sound...rough idle...stinky gas smell
I just don't see how it could be the spark plugs. It's just too highly improbable, it sounds as if maybe one spark plug is firing and it's knocking/pinging. Maybe if all the spark plugs went out at once besides one or two, but like I said that's very highly improbable. Definitely check the rotor out though, it's right under the distributor cap, look for any abnormality. They're cheap and easy to replace so start there.
Another possibility could be the ignition module, perhaps it got wet.
You know what though? I don't know much about TPI cars, I guess there could be some malfunction with the injectors, but it really sounds like there's a timing issue here.

rotor looks fine...i know its not electrical related...cuz not it wont start...it cranks but wont turn over...has to be fuel related...im thinking injectors...need to replace them anyways...can anyone shed some light on this?????? (inijectors)

Okay, yeah, that makes sense.
I would repost this in the TPI section, you will get more information there about injectors.

Re: bad sound...rough idle...stinky gas smell
sounds like it could be injectors. If you are going to replace them anyway, get yourself a set of bosch lll's......you will be very happy. Besides, if you decide to do so take advantage and save yourself 10%. Just go to our website and type in TG11

Re: bad sound...rough idle...stinky gas smell
Somehow a lot of it sounds like a vacuum leak. But as bad as it's shaking you have to be running on much less than 1 cylinder. I'm going to assume you can't run on one bank but anything is possible. Are injectors on separate fuses for each side? Could one of the fuses have blown somehow? Are injectors sequentialy fired, or batch fired?

My Plymouth in high school did something like that and it was a broke push rod.
