undersize bearings needed on 350?

If my main bearing journal measures .0024" under does that mean I have to get an undersize bearing to replace it?

I'm looking at the summit rebuild kit with pistons for $219. They offer a kit with standard size bearings and a kit with .010 under bearings. I wouild have to get my crankshaft ground if I went to the .010 I imagine. If I picked the standard my question is whether I would have too much clearance. With 2.45 bearings and 2.10 rod journals should they measure that dimension exactly or when I measure .0024 under that is that the bearing clearance because the ID of the bearing inserts are the nomnal 2.45"? If when new the jornal measures 2.45 then the ID of the bearing insert would be larger by matbe .0025" I imagine. Therefore if I'm under on the main journal by .0024 then my bearing clearance would be .0049 (.0024+.0025) and that would be too much I believe.

Here's how far under nominal all the journals measured.

If the journals are in fact wore down the amounts they measure under nominal then would it be possible to avoid the regrind and get individual bearins that can be ordered under size in increments of .001"

Maybe I need to measure different then with a micrometer like I have done here. Should I put the crank back in the block and plastigage the bearings instead? The bearings themselves don't look that bad. Only the main bearing has copper showing on one half of it.
