backfire while starting?
My car has started to do something odd. Just in the last couple off weeks it sound like it's backfiring while it's starting, usually twice, sometimes once, and only the first start of the day.
After it starts, it seem to run just fine
it's a 2.8 V6, any idea of what I should check first?

Re: backfire while starting?
ok, I took apart everything above my intake manifold on my car. Replaced gaskets, replaced tips and o-rings on my injectors, checked all vacuum lines and replaced anything that looked iffy, and it still does it. Sometimes, it starts and sounds great, but sometimes it will backfire and surge and bog down like it won't start at all, but then eventually it fires up. The longer it's been since it had been started, the worse it is.
ideas?
