Engine: 355 smallblocks..na, 2.8 turbo
Transmission: 85:th350, 84:700R4
Axle/Gears: 85:ford9 4.85, 84:stock 3.24

what kind of tach are you using. stock tachs on 3rd gens have a tendency to be very inaccurate over time.

im useing the stock and a aftermarket tach i dont know how he wired it tho,the guy who owned it before wired the tach and the Gauges,they both read about the same and when im in last gear going slow and my rmp are at 1000 the car will want to stall idk if thats normal

check for vacuum leaks. make sure the pcv system is plumbed correctly. also make sure the timing is in spec
