will they work? (guages)
I have a volt guage, coolant temp guage, and a 5" tach, all made by autometer in my 89 foxbody mustang. Im about to get rid of the car, but im keeping the guages. Will these work in my trans am? I just want to make sure. The only thing im really unsure is the coolant temp guage.
Also everyone knows the fuel level is really wonky in older gm's cars. I have a new autometer fuel level guage, will this make it more accurate or will i just need to get a different sending unit? Also does any more accurate sending units exist?

Yes, they can be made to work. Your aftermarket fuel level gauge would need to be made for the resistance of a GM sender to work without changing the sender.
