Transmission: TKO 600 Lakewood Bell

plug gap (help)
got new ac delco 45ts but they have a champher on them and my older plugs are NGK R v-power xr5 and were gapped at 30 and have a washer.
Q: in a sbc with mods (cam/singleplain/headers/msd/etc) what should the gap be??
ive been told 45 is best but i only wanna do this one time cuz #5 is a bastard to change.

any way i gapped the old plugs to 45 and cleaned em up for now. reset my timing to 32 total

what kind of heads? do the heads take a taper seat or gasket seat spark plug?
