305 fly wheel with 350 later model

Transmission: Borg warner T-5
Axle/Gears: 3.73
305 fly wheel with 350 later model

I have a 305 with a5 speed manual well i blew the 305 up and im wondering if i can use the flywheel off the 305 to the 350 which came out of a 88 tahoe.

No. Your '85 has a two-piece rear main seal, and the '88 has a one-piece rear main seal. The flywheel mounting changed with the change in the seal type.

You need an '86-'92 f-body V8 flywheel. Doesn't matter that the factory only put them behind 305's, it'll mount and work just fine on a 350. Just ask for an '88 manual transmission flywheel.
