will this cam work or not?

i have a 1989 chevy 350 im putting together with vortec heads, and flat top pistons and ill have roughly 10:1 CR but will this cam fit in my engine? if not can i do anything to make it fit?

It'll fit, but if your block is machined for it you could use a factory roller setup instead.

Physically fit in the block -yes.
You still have to address the lift limit of the heads and whatever springs you intend to use. You'll also have to check for piston to valve contact.
The only way to know these things for sure is to measure what you've got with the parts you intend to use. There is no other way.
