Starter removal on 86 iroc
Looking for some direction.....trying to remove starter on my Iroc, Ive been told that I will have to lower exhaust and jack up motor, is this true??? Tried many times to take starter out and it just won't come out. Any help would be helpful..

i've never heard of having to raise the engine. if the exhaust is in your way, drop it.
