New injectors L98 TPI??? What size?

Im going to order new injectors for my car, a 91 B4C L98. Its stock right now, but I plan to add, in order...Headers, Vortec 2.02 cast heads, Edelbrock base plate for vortec head, Edelbrock high flow runners, twin 58mm throttle body. I have also tossed around the idea of making it a 383 stroker. I need injectors now, and I was wondering what # injectors I could put on that would compliment my future upgrades but still be realistic in stock form? I know 22# is stock. Would 26# injectors be too much now and not enough later?
This is the first injected car that I have ever modified...
If you see problems with the parts I want to add, or suggestion of better upgrades, which youve done first and your results, please pass this along.

My car is AT, 3.23 gears, and will be a street car, not a drag or road race car...I just want a good fun car that has LOTS of seat-of-your-pants power....Thanks guys!!!

well on that motor I would run the 24's, but 26's might work, maybe. If you do a decent build later 26's might be a little light...just depends on the exact build and you base the injector size off the esimated hp. I run 30's in mine. I know you're trying to save money and not buy them twice, but I would get the 24's and then later get 26's 28's or 30's or whatever you need and sell the 24's and make a little money back. Just my two pennies.

Re: New injectors L98 TPI??? What size?

Ok, I know its been a while since Ive posted anything, and honestly, I havent done anything to the car. Ive been reading a LOT of build posts and what not. What I listed above isnt where I want to go now. At least not exactly. I still want the headers, and eventually the heads. Ive read that even with stock injectors, these cars run rich. So I should be ok with stock 22lb Bosch III's for quite awhile. 58mm throttle body is overkill unless I go with a stroker and maybe a supercharger.
So, first thing is the new injectors, then the headers, vortec heads, and then HSR!!!
With the budget I have, I might get to the heads by next summer... stay tuned
