Oil Pressure Gauge stuck at 0

Hey boys.. my oil pressure gauge always reads zero.. has had this problem for a while? Don't know where to find the connector.. I assume once I know where it is, I can check the voltage to see if it's getting power, and then I know what to replace? The oil pressure sending unit or..?

Thanks for any help

"Vortec V8 5.0L"?

The oil pressure sender should be behind the intake manifold next to the distributor on the driver side.
