hello f bodyites. i bought a 92 camaro with 61500 miles on it. the po tore the steering colume all to s**t. trying to start it cause he had no key to it. so i also bought a 91 rs all beat up but ran good as a donar car. so i took the steering colume,ecm,and the other black box behind the ecm and put it all in the 92. now for the problem(s). the po put 2 jump wires in the starter relay to get it to turn over with the key. i bought a new relay and it will do nothing. it will fire with the jumpers and gas put down the tbi. i'am getting 3.00 ohm from the key chip and i checked the 2 white wires at the connetor it is the same.my security light stays on weather i'am cranking or not. also i checked the injecters i'am getting 12 volts to one side of each but nothing on the other.i also get high voltage code 53. and when i do turn on the key the temp gauge goes over to 220 side.one more thing as i'am out here in the sticks is there a way to test the fuel pump to see if its coming on like take the lines off and put them in a clear bottle to see if it is pumping any fuel at all?. the fuses are all good. any help would be most thankful.
