it keeps dieing

well i have a 350 TBI backed by a 700r4. now recently i replaced the o2 censor bc so much gas kept getting dumped in it would stall out after start up. but since i replaced it my check engine lite is off but now it runs crappy, im not talking crappy over time im talking like a flip of a switch. i figured it needed a tune up (havent got to it yet) but now today its just dieing. the idle is kinda rough and low(since o2 replace). and it just for the 1st time cut off while driving (instead of sitting at a stop light) but every time it shuts off it starts right back up. it doesnt always die, and infact it just started a few days ago. ideas? questions? tests? plz help this is my dd and i cant have this happening.

DARKmj16, I would start by checking your plugs. A rich mixture burns more easily than a lean mixture. If your plugs are fouled then you could have picked up a missfire when you corrected the mixture. Likely not your only problem but it's a place to start.

ok would help explain the idleing but any one got ideas on why it keeps dieing out of the blue?
