Car: 89 camaro rs

Engine: 2.8 305

89 camaro RS revs getting no power

So I have an 89 camaro RS 2.8 305 v6 manuel. The RPMs rev but it barley moves could it be a. Clutch throw out bearing and a fly wheel? Or could it be some thing else?? And how much would it cost?

You have a 2.8 or a 305? if you have a 2.8 it would be I believe a 173 not a 305... so you have a 5 speed, correct?
