Hi all, i own a 91 tpi 350. Just replaced my fuel pressure regualtor diaphram and now whenever i am below say an eighth of a tank of gas i hear a really loud whine coming from my pump. Tried increasing my fuel pressure but it only gets worse. I hear it come on especially when i am coming to a stop. With a 1/4 tank or more it goes away. Any suggestions?

 

Keep it above 1/4 tank. Seriously.
