I got the new motor running and Ive been reading that some people say you need crush washers for the spark plugs on any aluminum head. Ive got afr 190's and the plugs in it now do not have them. My signature has all the mods to my motor,, any recommendations for plugs?

Yes you should use washers with them, but really any flat washer plug would work. Just make sure the reach is correct.
I am very partial to Autolite plugs. People have different favorites.

As far as the washer crushing or not, well I don't think that matters so much. With the type of plugs I use, they can be reused almost indefinitely and I doubt there is much real crush left after several installs. It is important to use a good high-temp anti-seize on the threads though.
