My car horn doesnt work and my car feels like it is holding back and radio dont work

Recently I have noticed that my horn does not work.
I have tried bought a new horn but do not know how to wire it together.
I have tried many combinations but cant get it to work.
Also my car feels like it is holding back.
Like I raced a V-6 mustang with about 190 horse and my car is supposed to put out 225 horse and I ended up losing to the mustang anyway.
So how can I fix that?
Another thing is my radio doesnt work I have the ground plugged in but it wont even turn on or anything.

Please I need help what can I do to fix this stuff. Please tell me.

let's start with the basics. When you first turn your car on, does the check engine light come on for a few seconds, like it should? Does it then go out like it should? If not, have you checked which trouble codes it's got? If so, what are they?

Welcome to TGO. If your horn or dome light don't work either, take a look at the ACC fuse, it's probably blown.

The acc fuse won't have anything to do with the engine holding back.

I read in chevy high performance thats there's a relation between your horn not working and your car not running well and loseing to a mustang. And i see you grounded your radio but you still need to wire the red power wire and yellow acc. wire in for it to work.

C'mon, Atilla. Perhaps I should have said horn, dome light "along with the radio."

I'm missing something. I think there's 2 separate issues with the OP's car. One under hood, one inside. I think I addressed one issue, then James C hit the other, then I clarified my belief that the 2 are unrelated, then you guys got me confused.

You sure the engine is a 350? Could be a 305 in there, 90% of people that don't know any better (and a few dishonest ones that do) will tell you it's a 350 when they sell it to you. That'd go a good deal toward the "holding back" feeling, the 305 TPI with auto transmission is rated 190 HP.

When was the last time you did a tune-up?

It is definatly a 350 as I checked the block number and the car has the origional paint which says it is. When replacing the fuse do you replace that thing with the number on it or is there something more to fixing it. Also my car does not have the origional radio in it as when I bought it a few months ago the guy had some other radio in it.

I went to Autozone and picked up a new circuit breaker for the Power Accesories slot. I go to put it in my car and turn it on and none of the stuff works still. Here I will list all the stuff that doesnt work:
1.horn
2.power side mirrors
3.power rearview mirror
4.high beam lights (brights)
5.trunk automatic closing mechanism and trunk release
6.radio
7.power locks? (has power lock buttons but they dont look like they do anything)
8.dome light
Also what would I need to do to make A/C blow cold because right now it doesnt.

I fixed that problem a long time ago, the problem was bad spark plugs. I fixed it and have been smoking just about everyone I race, including that V6 Mustang.
