Spark plug replacement?

Is it easier to replace the spark plugs from underneath the car or on top? All the AC crap is all in the way and seems like changing them from bellow is the way too go on my 88 iroc-z? Any pointers out there? Thank's!

Re: Spark plug replacement?

1-3-5-7 & 2-4 can be gotten fairly easily from the topside. 6-8 I find to be easier from the bottom. An extension and u-joint can come in handy.
