Will Not Start

I have a 1991 Z28 with 1987 L98 motor in it. It will not start, it wont even turn over, even the lights wont go on, I mean noting. Battery is brand new and has a full charge. I don't understand if it has something to do with the VATS System, I don't even know if the car has that. Can Some give more details on this. Also could it be the solenoid/starter But the lights would still go on so anyone have any ideas

thanks for you help

No Power This Hour

The power from the battery might not be getting past the + and cables so check those first.

If they’re good check for poor/dirty connections at the starter.

Remove all wires, wire brush all the terminals look so they as clean as they did in 1991.

Happy Racing!
