How do you get the starter out?
87 ta 305tpi 700r4
Got all the wireing undon the two mounting bolts off and the mounting bracket off but no matter wich way i turn it it wont come out, Whats the trick? do i have to take the silinoid off?

well i got it out, had to turn it 180 and then giver a good tourqin, now its raining and i have got to try to get this thing in there. Time for a newer vechile!

working on my car over the winter i had to remove the starter 5 or 6 times. and each time taking it out was easy getting it back in was a nightmare tho. good luck!
