HSR issues I think

I have a 355 in my 92 Trans am with the HSR intake. It's a freshly built motor, never run, and I am using the holley dominator ecu to tune it. I am able to get the car running. It idles pretty good. Fluctuates a little between 800-850 at 22deg. The car gets hot really fast. I mean it reaches 180deg in less than a min. It won't overheat tho. The plenum is unusually hot as well, can't even touch it hot. The whole engine bay seems unbearbley hot. And there is smoke coming from the valve cover breathers on both sides. Also out of the throttle body when the car is shut off. I took off the plenum and saw oil in the plenum also in the intake valves. What should I start with to solve this problem? There is no pcv system on the car.

Maybe you have your tune too lean , timing is out or valves adjusted wrong
