Look for low 13 or 12sec 1/4 mile
I want to make my 87 IROCZ Camaro with a 350 run anywhere 13.0 or lower. What can I do to make this a reality?

Good intake, exhaust and suspension may get you in the high 13's assuming you have decent tires.
To really give you a good idea of what to change, we need to know what is done to the car so far, what kind of work your willing to do, and what kind of budget. 13's is fairly easy. 12's take a little more.

350 TPI (Owner said .30 over)
Headman Shorty Headers
Gutted cat 3 1/2 FLO-PRO (With cut out)
373 gears with LSD
Will have Goodyear Eagles F1s 255 45 16
Gutted air box.
Stock trans with shift kit and 2200 Stall (Maybe I have not done that work)
Subframe Connectors
Ran 14.6 at 90mph with 273 open rear end
I want to do heads, cam, and intake swap. price range is whatever cost it takes to make this possible.
Would like to run anywhere from 12.5-12.9
