Put a new starter in last fall. NAPA part, bad idea. Anyway, every few times I turn it over I will just get a click and nothing happens. Turn it over again and it starts up. Does this sound like the starter not engaging or more a ignition problem? Last fall when I replaced the starter it was making this horrible screeching sound at times when I would turn it over like the starter was spinning? Do I make any sense? I have a very novice gear head.
