Help with timing

I have a Camaro 87 iroc-z. and i questions about timing and fuel.

It has a stroker 383
With Trickflow 23degrees Kenny Duttweiler heads
Edelbrock runners and baseplate , 58mm twin trottle body, headers , chip, 50psi fuel pressure (in idle) with 30lbs injectors.

And I wonder about the timing , what timing is the best for my setup?
I have 10 degrees before top dead center right now ( idle ), it seems ok, but im a noob at this so I ask you guys

Also the fuel pressure, is 50psi ok? I have heard that 50psi is the max for stock fuel pump?.

English fine.
At least you know what capital letters and full stops are unlike those who think they are sending a text message on here

The timing you set on crank should be same as what is set in your custom tune because the computer uses that static timing number in it's spark advance (SA ) calcs.
Exp
If 6 degrees on tune and 10 degrees on crank, computer will give total spark based on 6 degrees static which means you may get too much SA ( 4 degrees more ) and have knock resulting to computer pulling timing out.
I like to run as much on the crank as I can ( 10ish ) but you need to datalog and see if you are getting knock counts because if you do; you will lose power when the computer takes timing out

With correct tune allowing for 30lb injectors you shouldn't need that much FP; I run my almost identical TFS head 383 to yours @ 45psi with vac line disconnected
Idle FP with vac line connected should be much lower; 39/40 psi.
FP should rise when you rev engine

Re: Help with timing

Today I have controlled my timing with the ECM cable plugged in, at 3000 Rpm it had about 45degrees of timing, isnt that way to high? Or do I have to unplug the Ecm cable also?

My FP is around 40 PSI at idle, vac line conected.
