Engine Heat Problem

Engine heat up mostly under acceleration, temp guage goes up

How do I fix this, sometimes after a drive my radiator is percolating?
at the top of the radiator near the radiator near the cap

it will run up to 235 degrees and the radiator stays about 196 i checked with my inferred thermometer

but it never overheats even on 95 degree days it just stays at 240 and gets hotter under acceleration

you can then hear the water rush back into the overflow tank after turn car off

no white smoke no steam

fan works fine

that's what i use but tell me what it is

well i just looked it up and i can get a oe thermostat and radiator cap for 12 bucks
