I have an 88 Camaro with a carb'd 350 SBC. I was driving home and suddenly my motor just goes dead. Towed it home and have been tryin to start it. No spark from the spark plugs, so I have replaced the coil pack. Still nothing. I don't know where to go from here. Change the cap/rotor? Check/replace the ignition module? Please help.

Check the plug wires for breaks. I had a bad plug wire causing the rotor to melt a hole though which gave me no spark to the plugs. I was 25miles from home in the middle of now where on my way to a junkyard (go figure) and had to get towed home, but luckily for me it was a 50$ fix. Replace cap and rotor and see how that goes. Check if you have spark to the cap.
