Issues w/vacuum system, engine won't stay running

I was driving the car down the road and the engine started to sputter then eventaully shut down. The engine will turn over but won't stay running, like it's running on 4 cylilders. The car is a 1989 standard firebird with an automatic v8 305 tbi. The code kicked out was 32, which says to check the egr valve and map/boro sensor. So far I have replaced the map sensor, egr valve, egr solenoid, pvc valve, air filter, oxygen sensor, iac and from a previous coolant issue, the engine temp sending unit, thermostat, and radiator fan switch. The car will stay running like normal for 10 seconds if I unplug the vacuum line going to the map sensor, but will shut down when the engine idles down. If I leave the vacuum line plugged into the map sensor, the engine will not stay running for any amount of time. I have checked the fuel pump, relay and fuel injectors, which all seem to be operating properly. The car is not a daily driver and has been sitting for 3 years until recently. I have owned the car for 15 years and have never had any major issues with it.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. So far anybody I have mentioned this too says they have never heard of this problem before????
