i just put on headers on my car and it starts right up. my timing is dead on and everything is new, new dist., new wires and spark plugs. it only backfires when i get the car up to around 2000 rpm and it sounds like it is only coming from the drivers side. when it is ideling it is smooth only when i give it gas does it start to backfire. the headers are headman lts and since they have just been put on i have nothing else attached to them. if anyone can help it would be much appericiated.
