Ok, I have a '91 Camaro RS 305 TBI and in the morning it starts up and idles really low, and struggles to stay alive. At low rpm its lacking power and throttle response. At higher rpm, like downshifting on the freeway to pass a ford, it pulls pretty hard and feels normal. It seems the air-fuel ratio is bad but gets better the higher the rpm. Any ideas? I have replaced the Throttle Position Sensor because i was getting that code, but it didn't seem to help. I have to drive across Texas in a few days and I would like to have this fixed.

check to TPS and IAC again, also check your fuel filter and the fuel pressure reg thats built into your tbi, it only takes like 10 mins to swap it, it sounds like its rich, mine behaved that way when i was running an open y pipe its got good high end power but in the mornings when its cold its a PITA and sluggish on normal roads
