when i drive my car when it is between 2000 and around 2700 rps it goes up very slowly and may stay there if on a hill. It also makes a strange sound during this time. Sound like metel vibrating of of metal maybe kinda hard to discribe. What could be causeing this and what can i do to stop it? Once it gets above that the car runnes alot better.

who ever had my camaro before me had caped on of the line from the fuel pump and has it wide off by the carb. Would i be better of ruining a second line or leaving it like that?
