stalling and rpm issues

when i start my car lately the rpm will rev high to around 2k then back down to about 500 then back up to 2k then fall back down and stall if i let it idle. if i take off as soon as it starts its fine but still fluctuates while stopped in drive and i notice it while in motion to though not as bad. while driving it sometimes feels like im being pushed from behind like a sudden shove. and it comes close to stallling when i turn while in motion... i just change the throttle positioning sensor and it was okay for about three weeks before it acted up again.. if its not one thing its another >.<

check for vacum leaks, spray carb cleaner around throttle body and intake listen for any change in idle if you hear change then you know its an vacum leak and you just need to redo the seals
