Correct ignition timing for 84 Z 305?

Transmission: 700R4 I believe, but not sure
Correct ignition timing for 84 Z 305?
Does anybody know the correct ignition timing for my 84 Z or a resource where i can get it? Autozone says 8-10. Advanced says 6. I cannot find it anywhere online.

With the EST wire disconnected the factory spec is 6 BTDC.
