Using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) probe the light green wire located on the accumulator.
Then turn the AC control on.
Does the test light or meter register power?

Re: A/C don't work
yes I have power to the switch on the accumalator, power to the high pressure switch on the compressor and if I jumper both of those nothing,at the relay I have 12 volts on the pink & black wire and 12 volts on the light green and black wire and if I jumper one of those wires to the dark green compressor wire the clutch engages I also replaced the ecm no luck,on the scan tool its says ac cluch on, ac enabled,ac request no I am kind of stuck right now I think it has something to do with the green & white wire I am trying to fiqure out if it goes straight to the ecm or is connected to something else, the air did work till i swapped motors.Thank you

Thats why when you jumped those it made no difference.
It sounds like you used to have a V6.
Because you now have a 383, you no longer need the AC compressor to disengage due to lack of power as in a V6.
You can eliminate the relay now that you have moved up to a V8.

Re: A/C don't work
When you jump it at the relay and it works, you effectively eliminated the high voltage side as the source of your problem. Check the low voltage side now. You want to know why the signal from the interior controls are not getting to the relay. This is assuming that the relay is functional.
