Won't pass aircare.

Just bought a 92 camaro rs v6, knowing it doesn't pass aircare. Please note I have limited car knowledge. I have all the recent receipts of the previous owners trying to fix it. Almost 2 grand of stuff replaced and it still fails apparently. fuel injectors, new ecu, sparkplug set, dist cap , dist rotor, fuel pump, O2 sensor, blah blah. the air care invoice claims the vehicle is over fueling, engine oil contaminated with fuel.

Had a friend look at it, said the maf sensor isnt attached to what i guess is the air intake or air filter hose i don't know. something about how it controls how much fuel and oil to use, don't really remember as you can see this is where my knowledge cuts off haha. other things i think are notable is HC levels are ok, "air pump not delivering sufficient oxygen to exhaust system underload....valve not receiving enough vacuum at all times.....pump should lose vacuum under load - suspect throttle body base gasket losing vaccuum...."

Any insight would be appreciated. Here are the pictures

Thanks
