Hello I have a question for anyone if they have the time.

1992 Camaro 305 auto.

Car was sitting for 7mos, changed battery, ignition switch.

Car started once, ran for 25sec or so died.

went to restart, car won't turn over. I manually turn the crank shaft 1/4 turn, just to make sure engine wasnt locked.

Looked under car while it was trying to start, starter engages flywheel and flywheel just spins.

Any idea?

If the flywheel/flexplate is spinning but the engine isn't turning over, the bolts holding the flexplate to the crank must be broke off or backed out.
