Horrible vibration below 1k rpm 89 GTA with 357 stock

Picked up a 357 awhile ago, broke it down to the block to inspect and replace gaskets. Everything looked to be good. So put new gaskets and put back together correctly. Had a few problems with flex plates, one i used a impact wrench on, another i used it as leverage when i got a socket stuck in my crank. Both were wobbling while car was running. Finally got one on there right and runs straight as day. However, when the car idles below 1krpms, it shakes so bad your teeth could chatter. Above 1krpms and even driving, the car rides smooth and performs healthy and strong. I did notice my harmonic balancer wobbling but found that not to be my issue. What am I missing? Any ideas or suggestions would be great!

Here is a video of it starting up. The rattling is from the loose hanger from my left side muffler. Engine would shake so much that's all you hear.

Car is fixed! Was just a simple carb tune and from setting up my distributor, I fouled my plugs so one of them is missing. Other than that she's alive!! Thanks for the input toolegit86
