Took headers off, blah blah. FIXED!!!
As the title says. I was getting a miss, so figured I'd pull my plugs and check them. Now before this the car was great actually, and the miss was barely barely noticeable, but why not look into it right? So pulled my headers off, then checked the plugs. All were normal tanish colored, except for one, it was all black. Thought that was my problem, so went ahead and replaced that plug on the drivers side, put headers back on. Go to start the car and it's making a very strange noise from the passenger side. Never heard anything like it. What do you guys think?

Check your spark plug wires and distributor cap. More than likely that's what was causing your Cajun spark plug, not the plug itself.
Not sure if that's what's causing the noise, but...

Looked at all the wires and I can't see any visible damage. I make sure all "snap" on the plugs and the cap. The cap has been off plenty times and never saw anything there. I used a plug different from all the other plugs on the drivers side, but don't see how that could be affecting the passenger side. Same heat range and price, gap, just made by different company.

Anybody have any suggestions at all? Anything would help. I checked and re-checked my firing order. All is good there. The car was doing great before I did all this.

guess you foun your plug problem, as for the noise sounds like a chipmunk..get some raid. actualy, sounds like a very small exhaust leak or something touching the header

I did clean that coil up and cleaned up all the contacts. Now my miss is gone and it runs pretty good., but that sound is still there. I do have a loose bolt at the very back of my header, not finger loose but it's not all the way in. Doubt that'd generated that kind of noise though.

You need to tighten that bolt. I know it's a pain but I just got done doing all that. Check/clean plugs, replace header gaskets, replaced intake seal, advance timing. All the header bolts are goodentight now and I put lock washers on the front and rear pipe bolts. Thing is great now. Quiet engine, good power, good acceleration. I'm happy.
