confused. what heads?

I am going to rebuild a 353. new everything. I seriously looking into either LTR's or a HSR but my consern is what kind of heads? Let me clear this up to, this will be a daily driver. I'm just looking for the most power I can get but still be able to drive it every day. And I have read it's the same or even cheeper to buy aftermarket heads than to spend the money on stock heads to accept bigger life cams. any ideas guys?

So long as you buy the Vortec version of the HSR to match the heads
Depending on what cam you choose you may have to do work to the heads or change the valve springs to suit higher lift than what Vortec heads will allow stock

Though I have heard bad comments about procomp alum's. I'm running them on my stroker with no problems.

As long as the 2000-'02 Vortec isn't the LS style engine.

Unmodified Vortecs won't handle the LT4 Hot Cam lift. Stock Vortec springs won't handle much more than a stock Vortec cam.
