Rockauto vapor canister
Hey guys,
I just received a new vapor canister from rock auto (which btw has great shipping times). Upon opening the package i noticed the canister is not the same as the stock unit. This canister has two openings labeled carb and tank, and i kno the port for the intake should have two ports on top of eachother for a TPI.
So i decided to give rockauto a call and check part numbers and as it came out they sent the right part.
Do they maybe have the wrong part labeled as tpi?
Could they just somehow have changed the part to only require these ports?
Anyone use this part on a fuel injected model?
Thank You
Kacey

Re: Rockauto vapor canister
Yes there are no external valves as apposed to the stocker piece. Just two ports out. This was the only vapor canister they had listed for an 87 5.0 tpi
