Has anyone info on this have heads, just heard they have problems keeping head gaskets sealing.Anyone know for sure?

This is a fact,although with a good quality head gasket,such as a Fel Pro 1003,and good head bolts,along with a proper retorque after a couple of heat/cool cycles,you can keep them in.
That said,unless you find a fantastic deal on a pair that need absolutely nothing,they really aren't worth messing with.They aren't a horrible head,they just aren't really a good head,either.Outside of being aluminum,there's really nothing special about them.

I've been curious about these heads too. In Lingenfelters book he says they are a great flowing head in ported form for a torquey DD. Sure the same can be had with the iron castings, but AL saves weight and allows for more timing and compression ratio.

Edit: Did my research. For the $ and attributes of my current setup I'm going with porting my 083 heads.
