People have been asking, and after I have looked for months, there is not a single thread that has the direct 416 flow bench data on TGO??? The other threads I have found show 081's, which are shown to be a little better than these in this test. Brzezinski's cylinder heads show 165/115 @.400" anyway...

stock 416s, right off the motor, untouched. tested at 28" on superflow SF600 bench, 4.06 bore. clay radius @ intake port, no pipe on exhaust.
