Installed engine,no power?

I just recently installed my rebuilt 350 and still have a little odds and ends to do, i.e. install alt, hook up starter, install top of dizzy/coil.

I went to check out a fog light fix real quick and when I go to hook the ground wire back up,I see sparks. The wire for the starter was on the strut bolt.

Now nothing in the car works. None of the fuses under dash are blown, any suggestions?
