new trans am looking for advice

I recently bought a 86 trans am w/ 305 tpi. when I put the auto tranny in drive it kicks pretty hard, also this past week when I started to coast at about 15mph the car drops all rpm's and stalls but starts right back up give it some gas and it'll go.I am sure its due for a tune up anyone have a list of all required parts for a complete tune up. also I was shocked today thru the sparkplug wire, is this normal? Another thing I noticed is someone really played with the vacuum lines and the canister is missing. There are no ses lights on I disconnected the o2 sensor and the ses light did come on, just checking to see if it worked.
Thanks for all help
Tom
