Blowing Fuses?

Recently ive been driving my car, and everything works properly. But one day my radio, that was working, decides to shut off and no matter what you do won't come back on. Then just a few days ago, my cigarette lighter outlet stops working as well. Followed by my lock an unlock buttons on my door panel. When i checked the fuses, everything seemed to be in order. But which fuses am i supposed to be looking for to replace in order for this things to work again. As i just looked, I dont have a fuse in radio or pwr acc. Now im not sure if their supposed to be empty or not. Any ideas about this would be great! Thanks.

If you checked the fuses and they aren't blown, try running the positive cable from the battery down to the starter to see if it is worn and grounding on the chassis. I had this happen once on a 71 Camaro I had and it nearly caused a fire.
