Poor Fuel Economy?
After much work I've assembled all the pieces and got my 86 trans am running decently. I'm only getting around 12-14 MPG's though. What should I expect to get for fuel mileage? Its a cc-qjet/305. The CEL is on for a bad TPS sensor, could that be killing MPG's? The choke works fine so I know its not sticking. With fuel economy this poor I may have to sell it!

What have you done to it/removed from it? Its also a lot on how you drive. Is the trans shifting into fourth and/or locking up? How about EGR function that helps fuel economy as well. Oh, replace the TPS. That way you know if any more codes pop up.
