Axle/Gears: 10 bolt
new head gasket, which bore and thickness?
i'm about to redo my headgasket. engine is a l69, origional 416 heads are going back on it. the origional gasket was metal and i think 15 thick. i'm looking to lower the compression whatever i can by the gasket alone. any recommendations? also, what's the bore for the gasket? it hasn't been rebuilt.
