Check idle air control. Perhaps clean IAC passages.

Could be a dying fuel pump also. Mine used to stall if I let it come anywhere near 1000RPM's and it turned out my fuel pump was well on it's way out. It didn't like coming to a complete stop.
- by all means, check the easy stuff first though before coming to this conclusion. I agree with the above post.

Fuel pressure could well be an issue. Unfortunately there isnt an easy way to check pressure. You can visually observe injector pattern while you snap the throttle. The spray pattern should touch the walls of each throttle bore. If the pattern seems a litlle wimpy to you, yoiu can perform a pressure test by disconnecting the fuel supply line(larger of the two lines) from the TB and, using adapters, installing a 0-15 PSI guage between the line and the TB. Pressure should run 9-13 PSI at idle and should jump closer to 13 on throttle snap. If pressure reads low, suspect a broken regulator spring, restricted fuel filter, or weak pump.
