motor almost dies after hard acceleration then clears up
I have a 86 camaro i did a 350 swap 1979 350 block bored 40 over with a crane 284 energizer cam vortec heads wiened stealth intake accel dist,wires, and plugs headers holley 670 street avenger carb car runs great if it is driven normal but if i shift through all gears under hard acceleration and let off the motor wont take any gas it almost dies runs like crap than clears up and runs great im stumped please help thanks

Sounds like air restriction try it with no hood on see what's happens if it keeps happening then mite be fuel supply issues

It depends on your Carb look it up on Holley website if you have have the right fuel output now turn in up skittles see what happens
