Re: EGR solenoid
yes 84 1LE , it was made in mexico . i see by your profile that you are a self proclaimed "SUPER GENIUS" , good to know . so i can assume you have no "Foreign Made Crap" on your car ? i don't think so . i prefer to buy items , if i have a choice that are made in U.S.A. . it is almost an impossible task today . anyway thank you for your very informed comment . my only response is that i was only trying to pass on some info. to help others . thank you . B.T.W. i am retired military , Viet Nam Vet. (2 tours , 25 months in S.E. asia) , rightwing conservative voter . Merry Christmas & God Bless America . thanks again for your comment . P.S. wish Nancy P. a merry christmas from me . good luck .

Re: EGR solenoid
You proclaiming me a SUPER GENIUS! How kind of you, because i definately dont "proclaim" to be one!!Anybody who takes my bio seriously obviously has no sense of humor. There's not much on my profile that is factual & thats the way id rather keep it.
My statement was a comment on products/labels that used to mean something. Not about you or your little discovery. Its not news to anyone that most things are NOT "made in the USA" now & days.Nothing shocking about that. Was'nt trying to "inform" anyone!
Whats with the personal stats.Im NOT retired, NOT (or ever was) in the military,NOT a conservative, Rt or Lt wing.Hell, I've even missed voting once or twice. That make less patriotic? You can contact Nancy Pelosi via email if you like.

Re: EGR solenoid
Is this the straight mount or the angle mount one? I know my local carquest has the straight bracket one but not he angle bracket one, which I needed for my car. None of the car places around here including the dealer had it because I was told that it was not made anymore. I had to go to a junkyard to find one.
