Help with Serpentine setup

I have a 1986 IrocZ with a 305 engine. I have sourced the serpentine brackets, pulleys and bolts from and 88 Camaro and thought I could just swap my alternator, smog pump, power steering and vintage air A/C straight across. But nothing fits. Do I have to buy all new /second hand accessories or is there a fix.

Please help as I am half way through a major vehicle rebuild.

A/C and alternator swap positions on serpentine setups.
